CANCELLATION
Reservations may only be canceled by an e-mail or fax sent to Biggtravel.

HOTEL
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Reservations & Payment
The full payment for hotel room(s) bookings will be charged by Biggtravel,
on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations
If a written cancellation notice is received no later than ten ( 10 )
days before check - in the hotel, Biggtravel will accept cancellation
and refund the payment, except for a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee.
TOURS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Reservations & Payment
The full payment for tour(s) bookings will be charged by Biggtravel,
on the credit card of the client and the final confirmation is going to be made.
Cancellations
If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before departure,
Biggtravel will accept such cancellation and refund the land portion costs
it recovers from those entities paid on behalf of client only to the extent
that such moneys are refunded by those entities to Biggtravel.
Cancellation fee of $50 (59-30 days prior to departure) or $100
(29 days or less prior to departure per person) will not be refunded.
If any person is removed from the trip by the operating company of that
particular tour (or any optional side trip), Biggtravel's only obligation
shall be to refund to such a person a fraction of the trip price,
( in accordance with the operating tour company's approval )
the numerator of which fraction shall be Biggtravel cost for the person's unused
services and the denominator of which shall be Biggtravel cost for the person's
entire trip.
BLUE
CRUISE PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Reservations & Payment
1 ) For Cabin Charters; full payment has to be payed in order to finalise the
booking.
2 ) For Private Boat Charters, % 50 of the total price has to be payed with the
booking,
and the balance has to be closed 2 weeks prior to the embarkation.
Cancellations
1 ) If a written cancellation notice is received within sixty (60) days before
departure,
% 50 of the payment will be refunded.
2 ) If a written cancellation notice is received fiftynine - thirty ( 59-30 )
days prior to departure,
% 25 of the payment will be refunded.
3 ) If a written cancellation notice is received twentynine (29 ) days or less
prior to departure,
no refund will be made .
Itinerary
The itinerary of the Guaranteed Cabin Charters are as explained on the relevant
pages.
However please note that the itineraries can be changed according to the weather
and
similar sea conditions and the insight of the captain determines these changes.
Food on the boat
The meals on the boat are extra. Please see the relevant pages for specific
prices of the meals.

With this opportunity
we would like our clients to know that being on a Blue Cruise gulet is not the
same as being in a hotel or a holiday village.
Being on a Blue
Cruise gulet implies sea life. You will be on a boat with 10 - 16 people on the
sea for a week. In fact, this is where the fun is. This is why one should prefer
to do the Blue Cruise rather than a hotel.
Our clients ( if
they feel like of course ) participate in the daily activities of the boat, open
and close the sails when the wind is right, help the seamen bring the dingy down,
help the cook to prepare the food, share the same meal with other participants
on the same table, etc..

For hiring tour guides; full payment has to be made.
Cancellations

% 75 of the payment will be refunded.
2 ) If a written cancellation notice is received fiftynine - thirty ( 59-30 )
days prior to departure, % 50 of the payment will be refunded.
3 ) If a written cancellation notice is received twentynine (29 ) days or less
prior to departure,
% 25 of the payment will be refunded.
BOOKS
& OTHER SOUVENIERS PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Full payment has to be made with the order and the delivery is going to be made
by Biggtravel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
AND LIABILITY
The responsibility of Biggtravel and / or its agents is limited.
Biggtravel and its agents act only as agents for passenger in regards to travel
whether by air,
railroad, motorcoach or any other conveyance and assumes no defect, through the
acts or defaults
of any company or person engaged in conveying clients or in carrying out the arrangements
of this tour,
or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God, dangers incident in the sea,
or air, fire,
breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or
other authorities, de jure or de facto wars, whether declared or not, hostilities,
civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines,
medical or customs regulations or from any other causes.
Biggtravel
can accept no responsibilities for loss or additional expenses to clients
due to delay or changes in schedule. Tour services included but not limited to
guide services,
hotel accommodations, meals and other services are furnished by third parties
who are independent
and do not act for or on behalf of Biggtravel and with whom
Biggtravel has no relationship as joint venture or otherwise. Therefore Biggtravel
shall not be liable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any inconvenience,
loss, damage or injury arising
out of or in connection with such tour services, whether same shall be the result
of changes in
hotel accommodations, food, baggage handling, tour guiding or any other matter
related thereto.
All
such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passengers.
Each passenger waives any claim against Biggtravel for any delay,
inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage or injury to or deaths
of persons due to the acts or omissions of said third parties.
Any airline / transportation company concerned is not to be held responsible
for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their
aircraft or conveyances.
Biggtravel further reserves the right at any time to change
any part of the itinerary, or the carrier, or the aircraft utilized, or the hotel
accommodations
utilized, or boat charter, or any other. The prices advertised are subject to
change
due to price increases resulting from decreases in the purchasing power of the
US dollar,
gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be
required
to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.
Each person is also personally responsible for any hotel expenses, theater tickets,
souvenirs, gifts, clothing, glasswork, art or any and all other items of personal
property or
services purchased by such person. Each person making reservations for or participating
in the trip
to Turkey or to the mentioned countries described in the e-mail correspondences
understands
and agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein.
